Investor Visa

  • Completed National Visa (Type D) application form.
  • Valid passport, in original, plus a copy of the biographical page. The passport must have sufficient validity to cover the duration of the visa and the required additional validity period. (2 years)
  • One recent passport-size photograph
  • Copy of the Investor Visa Nulla Osta issued by the competent Italian authorities.
  • Copies of the supporting documentation submitted as part of the Nulla Osta application
  • Proof of suitable accommodation in Italy, such as a property deed, lease or rental agreement, hotel reservation.
  • Proof of income for the previous fiscal year.
  • Proof of residence within the jurisdiction of the Consulate General of Italy in Boston.
  • For non-U.S. citizens, proof of valid legal status in the United States.
  • Flight reservation one way is sufficient
  • Payment of theNational Visa fee.
